Drone pilot / SeaBee shop assistant
Øyvind Herman Torp is a marine biologist (MSc) from University of Oslo. He has been working at NIVA since 2020 as a Research assistant. He is an experienced field worker and is part of NIVA’s diving team.
He is a drone pilot and is also conducting costal monitoring/surveys using ROV’s, under water drones. He is contributing in the post procesing of drone images in both Pix4D and ArcGIS. Moreover, he is assisting the SeaBee Shop.
