Over the past four and half years, SeaBee has built up an operational drone infrastructure with a wide range of applications for coastal and aquatic research, mapping, and monitoring.

By 1 April 2025, the SeaBee infrastructure transitions from the establishing phase to being fully operational with end-to-end solutions for environmental applications as mapping of coastal habitats (i.e. seagrass and kelp forests), estimations of seabird and seal populations, and drone-based assessment of water quality.
